For your protection, I do not accept the returns of, or refunds on earrings. This is for reasons of hygiene and safety. However, if for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your non-earring purchase, they may be returned within 7 days of receiving the item. Shipping will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. Also, personalized jewelry and custom orders are not available for refunds.
